In 2010, Huang Qianzhi led the team and built a flower exhibition hall for Taipei Flower Expo. The most unique design is that they incorporate the concept of environmental protection, using 1.5 million plastic bottles to create a stunning exterior wall for this nine-storey building. Most of the 1.5 million plastic bottles were collected from the public and processed, and then turned into pieces of plastic bricks, each with a tenon at the corner. Finally, when it was used on the wall, it referred to the concept of ancient Kongmingsuo, and locked the tenons between the bricks. Even without glue, these toxic adhesives would be very strong. Originally, it was only intended to be dismantled after one year of use, but now seven or eight years later, it still stands intact and stands up to the test of various extreme weather.

Now it is a water resources museum in Taipei. Because of this project, National Geographic flew to Taipei specially and made a documentary about the process of building with plastic bottles. It was broadcast in 168 countries around the world, which made the world see the efforts made by Chinese designers in environmental protection design.
